Now without postponements: Ubisoft’s Skull and Bones release trailer

Ubisoft Singapore has released a release trailer of pirate multiplayer action game Skull and Bones. Apparently, the publisher is ready to release the long-suffering project after a series of postponements and long development.

Recall that Skull and Bones originated as a multiplayer expansion for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, then the course changed, presenting something like an MMO in 2017. After that, the tie-in went into production hell.

According to media reports, Skull and Bones had a budget of around $200 million.

Skull and Bones will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on February 16. From February 8 to 11 will be held open beta testing on all platforms. The game is expected to be released with Russian subtitles.

Roadmap, four seasons and in-game activities in new Skull and Bones trailers

Ubisoft has shared its plans for the development of Skull and Bones online pirate action game. The studio plans to entertain gamers with various events, as well as themed seasons, each of which will last 12 weeks and bring unique rewards. All content will be free of charge.

Judging by the clips, players will have to fight for the title of the most dangerous pirate of the Indian Ocean, fight with sea monsters, establish a supply of opium and rum, seize hundreds of manufactories and rob thousands of gold fleets.
