Tekken 8 is the eighth installment in the fighting game series, continuing the story of the previous installments in the series. This is the tenth game in the Tekken series and the second to run on the Unreal Engine. The game retains most of the mechanics of the previous installment, and the “eight” focuses on improved graphics and an updated story mode. In addition, the eighth installment of Tekken boasts dynamic backgrounds in arenas, improved character design, and a considerable character growth.
On December 14, the PS Store released a demo version of the fighting game Tekken 8, which PC and Xbox Series owners will be able to evaluate in a week.
There are 4 fighters available in the Tekken 8 demo:
- Jin
- Kazuya
- Paul
- Nina
You can test them in 3 locations. The demo does not contain a network mode, so it will not be possible to transfer data to the full version of the game. Access to most of the content is still closed, but users will be able to try out the most exciting game modes: story, arcade expedition, battle with a super ghost, gallery, and duel.
The first chapter of The Dark Awakens story campaign, Arcade Quest mode, as well as battles with ghosts, other players, and a “stripped-down” gallery are available in the “trial”.
Earlier, Bandai Namco showed a trailer dedicated to the series’ “veteran” Yoshimitsu. Tekken 8 will be released on January 26.
